Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They open your link in their phone's browser, pick a time, and they're done. They don't even need an account.
Is Sara a real person?
No. Sara is a virtual assistant powered by AI, and she always says so. You choose her name and tone, and she only offers times that are truly free on your calendar.
How are reminders sent?
By WhatsApp. On Free you send them with one tap from your own WhatsApp: the message is already written. On Pro they go out on their own, the night before and the morning of.
I already use WhatsApp Business. Should I stop?
No, keep using it. Schedule My Haircut is where appointments get organized. Put your link in your catalog and your welcome message.
What happens to my data and my clients' data?
It's yours. We store it so your calendar works, we don't sell it and we don't share it with other stylists. You can delete your account anytime.
How much is Pro, and can I cancel?
$11 a month. Cancel anytime from your account; no contracts. The first 50 stylists get 3 months of Pro free, no card.
Does it work for a salon with several stylists?
Right now it's built for one calendar per stylist: each stylist creates her own with her own link. Team calendars are coming later.
